1. The Honesty Chat (Call)

If you’re interested in mentoring with ACE then the first step is getting to know you (and you us !). We offer a free of charge chat with all mentees to ask the honest and hard questions. This session is 60 mins with one of our mentors to help decide if mentoring with ACE is right for you.

We will discuss;

From your Honesty Chat we will work our magic and minds to develop a program that will be individually suited for you.

2. The Nitty Gritty

Once you’re onboard as an ACE mentee we will begin to line up your sessions with our highly experienced mentors. Your mentor program may include;

You will be given a mentor journey plan from day 1 so you know exactly what and when you are receiving during your mentor program. Each mentor journey involves check-in points to ensure you’re progressing on track and getting value for your investment.

3. Fly Free

Our mentoring programs aren’t designed to keep you with us for years on end without finding your own wings to fly. Each mentor program is designed to focus on set areas for a period of time before allowing you time to implement and trial your learnings.

Once you have finished a program with us we will check in to see how your training helped you and what you would like to see next time. Of course ! We always welcome returning mentees to continue learning in new areas are times and fees that suit them.
