Hip and Pelvis Dry Needling Course

This 1 day specialist Dry needling course will take a deep dive into various pain presentations of the hip & pelvis and explore how we can apply dry needling techniques to support injury rehabilitation and pain management.

This course applies an up-to-date evidence informed approach for treating musculoskeletal and neurological pain presentations. The pre-course program will guide participants through detailed pathophysiology, signs and symptoms of various clinical presentations in the hip and pelvis supported by 3D anatomy videos of neuromuscular and musculoskeletal anatomy.

Participants will be guided through the practical application of dry needling approaches for hip and groin pain, buttock pain, lateral hip pain, sacroiliac joint pain, lumbar spine pain and entrapment neuropathy. The dry needling approaches used in this course are also grounded in neurophysiological explanations on the potential mechanisms of action, supported by research.

This course explores concepts well beyond just trigger point dry needling, with a clinically reasoned approach to integrate into practice.

The Hip and Pelvis dry needling course also integrates the practical application of exercise combined with dry needling aimed to promote an active approach to injury and pain rehabilitation.
