Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise stated, courses cancelled by the registered attendee 14 days or less prior to the course start date, are not eligible for a refund. However, if the cancellation is due to a medical reason and a medical certificate is supplied within 5 days of the date of absence, the course registration may be transferred to the same course at a later date (within 12 months), at 50% of the price of the original ticket purchase.

ACE Courses that DO NOT have online pre-course learning content:

If an attendee cancels their course attendance more than 14 days prior to the course start date, they are eligible for a refund of the full ticket price paid less $50.00 administration fee.

ACE Courses with online pre-course learning content:

Tickets to ACE courses that are a hybrid of online and in-person learning content can be cancelled more than 14 days prior to the course, but are subject to the following cancellation/refund policy:

  • If NONE of the online pre-course content has been accessed, a refund of the course ticket cost minus $50 for 1 and 2 day courses, or $100 for 3 day Dry Needling courses (to cover transaction fees, app costs, administrative costs) will be issued.
  • If the online pre-course content has been accessed by the attendee, they forfeit the online component of the course cost. Please see the table below for the dollar value forfeited of the relevant course:

If ACE has to cancel a course, the full ticket cost will be refunded. If ACE needs to re-schedule a course, all registered attendees will be transferred to the new course date.

No refunds are available for Webinars or purely online courses.
