Sebastian Stief

With over 12 years of clinical experience, Seb began his journey studying physiotherapy in Germany, where he built a strong foundation in evidence-based treatment and hands-on care as well as further external courses such as Manual therapy, Manual lymphatic drainage, Management of TMJ/Migraine pain. Since relocating to Australia 11 years ago, Seb has further qualified as a Remedial Massage Therapist and continued expanding his scope through advanced professional development in manual therapy, dry needling, functional release cupping, taping, spinal assessment, sports recovery – just to name a few.

Seb has had the privilege of working alongside various sporting teams and athletes across football, basketball, and swimming, combining performance-focused treatment with practical recovery strategies. Health and movement have always been central to his life, shaped by his background in martial arts and football. He understands both the demands of sport and the importance of long-term body care – not just quick fixes.
