HUMANITIX PAYMENT PLAN POLICY

At Advanced Clinical Education (ACE), we aim to make high-quality education as accessible as possible by offering a range of payment options. For most courses, payment plans are available so you can spread the cost of your ticket over time.

This policy applies to tickets for ACE In-person Courses and the Manual Therapy Retreat purchased through Humanitix.

Payment plans for ACE courses

Payment plans are available for most ACE courses through our ticketing platform, Humanitix.

When registering for a course, you will be taken to the payment section where you can choose either:

  • Pay Now
  • Pay over time

If you select Pay over time, Humanitix will guide you through the available payment plan option for that course.

 

How payment plans work

For 1, 2 and 3 day in-person courses, payment plans are structured as follows:

  • An upfront payment of 30% of the total ticket price is required
  • Humanitix ticketing and processing fees are added in full to total payment, with the cost spread across your remaining balance
  • The remaining balance is deducted weekly from your nominated card
  • The final payment is scheduled for 3 weeks prior to the course date

Additional fees

ACE does not charge any additional interest or fees for using a payment plan.

Humanitix may charge a $12 ‘plan fee’ for paying via payment plan. Plan fees are evenly divided across all payments. If you make a manual payment before the payment due date, you will not be charged the plan fee amount.

 

Eligibility for a payment plan

To use a payment plan, the course you are booking must be scheduled at least 5 weeks from the date of purchase.

This is because:

  • A minimum of 2 instalment payments is required, and
  • The final payment must be completed 3 weeks before the course date

If there are less than 5 weeks until your chosen course, a payment plan will not be available. In many cases, you may still be able to access alternative payment options such as Afterpay or ZipPay.

Managing your payment plan

Once your payment plan is in place, instalments will be automatically charged to the same card used when you first registered.

You will receive an email confirmation from Humanitix after each payment attempt, whether successful or unsuccessful.

Using the Manage Order button in your order confirmation email, you can:

  • View your remaining payments and outstanding balance
  • Make a manual payment toward the remaining balance
  • Pay any overdue amount
  • Update the card used for future instalments

 

Missed payments

If your card cannot be charged for any reason, such as insufficient funds, a cancelled card, or an expired card, Humanitix will notify you by email.

Humanitix will attempt to process the overdue payment again at the next scheduled payment date.

You can also manually pay any overdue amount using the Manage Order link in your original confirmation email.

 

Cancellations and payment plans

Once a payment plan has been selected and commenced, it cannot be manually cancelled by the ticket holder through Humanitix. If you need to cancel your registration or discuss your payment plan, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@advancedclinicaled.com.

Any cancellation request will be handled in line with the relevant ACE Cancellation Policy.

Please note that if your instalments are not paid in full by 2 weeks prior to the course date, your ticket may be cancelled and all prior payments may be forfeited.

If your financial circumstances change while you are on a payment plan, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@advancedclinicaled.com. We will always do our best to work with you where reasonably possible.
