Liv (Olivia) has been actively working in the health and fitness industry since 2013, helping educate and empower people in various aspects of their lives. The evolution of her skill set over the years has enabled her to stay current, resourceful and adaptive when it comes to supporting both clients and other industry professionals. Liv practises as a Myotherapist, Personal Trainer/Coach, Mentor & Educator; adaptability and resourcefulness are values important to her and she endeavours to emulate them when working with clients & students alike. In recent years, she has broadened her curiosity and lent into the idea of “what is possible”, leading to incredible opportunities across the industry.

Liv treats both professional National & International athletes as well as the General Population and loves incorporating diverse treatment strategies that are centred around her client’s empowerment & autonomy. Her approach may not look like a typical “Myo” session and quality movement is a big part of how she aims to progress clients forward.

Liv’s expertise is more generalist than niche, but with a special interest in adapting approaches and techniques to the client or student she is interacting with.

“We are all so unique in our life experiences, beliefs and expectations around our health & bodies. I’ve found a deep sense of fulfilment in keeping an open approach and leaning into curiosity for a range of regions and presentations, we’re pretty cool as humans if you think about it.”
